He moved into entrepreneurship from 2010, co-founding several women’s fashion and accessory brands. From 2019 to 2024, Hari wrote the business column for an industry trade magazine, keeping him close to trends, current affairs and the effects of government and the economy on independently owned businesses. During lockdown, he acquired a portfolio of hair salons, introducing operational efficiencies and a social media presence that drove steady profitability — and ultimately led to selling most of them at a considerable profit.
Today, Hari is actively acquiring businesses in the grounds maintenance and arborist sector, bringing together his finance background, operational focus and eye for brand and customer experience.
